COMMON QUESTIONS FOR WOMEN
Frequently Asked Questions
I have prolapse, will this program help me?
Yes, if you fully train your pelvic floor, it will improve your grade of prolapse by one degree. This may not sound like much, but it results in a significant improvement in your symptoms.
I wet myself a little when I cough, sneeze or run. Can you help?
You're not alone! These are very common symptoms of a weak pelvic floor, and our Pelvic Floor exercises are uniquely tailored to mitigate these specific issues.
Why do I experience pelvic pain during intimacy?
Training your muscles to contract and relax properly, and increasing the plumpness, volume and thickness of the muscles will treat this successfully in the majority of cases.
I am rushing to the bathroom all the time. Do I have a Pelvic Floor problem?
Yes, it's very likely that your pelvic floor is not in the normal range of function. This is extremely common in women of all ages, and is very treatable with some simple home exercises.
I'm pregnant, what should I do to get ready for childbirth?
Loads! Training during pregnancy helps your muscles stretch during childbirth, preventing tears/injuries that lead to post-natal symptoms.
I'm approaching/experiencing Menopause. What can I do to prevent potential symptoms?
As oestrogen levels decline during Menopause, it begins to affect pelvic floor muscles. These symptoms can be prevented by full preparing your pelvic floor.
My control of wind, gas, and stool is poor. What can I do to solve this?
This is extremely common as a consequence of childbirth, menopause or other reasons! Getting the muscles at the end of the bowel working properly again will succesfully resolve these issues in so many cases.
I'm bloated and/or constipated, what can I do?
Training your pelvic muscles will help the bowel to fill, store and empty better. This has relieved bloating and constipation for the vast majority of our patients over the last 30 years.
I have Osteopenia/Osteoporosis. Will this program strengthen my bones?
Yes absolutely! Home Osteo Routine is specifically a guided, supported at home program to help strengthen your bones.
